Start your weekend deeply relaxed by joining a sound meditation group session every first and third Friday of the month in the heart of Zurich.
The session starts with settling into the present moment and preparing for the meditation. A few simple movements followed by breath awareness soften and centre body and mind. After the body is comfortably placed in shavasana, the relaxation pose lying on the back, the awareness will gradually be withdrawn from the senses in order to turn inward. There is then time to set a personal intention before the Tibetan singing bowls will start to be played. Once the sounds and vibrations submerge the bodies and minds the experiences and journeys become individual. A sound meditation can be relaxing, recharging, emotionally relieving, inspiring, transformational and much more. In the end there is enough time to gently externalise the awareness again and integrate the experienced.
The session is open to all levels of experience.
